Service Description

This Nostr relay is a privately operated, self-hosted service providing Nostr event relay, NIP-05 identity verification, and media hosting for authorised users.

Access and Eligibility

Access to this relay is invite-only. The administrator reserves the right to grant or revoke access at any time without notice. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

By using this service, you agree to:

• Post content that is lawful under Australian law
• Respect other users and refrain from harassment, spam, or abuse
• Not attempt to overwhelm, attack, or exploit the server infrastructure
• Not upload content that is illegal, including material that violates Swiss or Australian law regarding child safety and terrorism promotion

Content and Moderation

The administrator may remove, modify, or refuse to store any content at their sole discretion. Event retention is not guaranteed and the server may purge old events without notice.

Media Uploads

Uploaded media is stored on privately owned hardware. The administrator is not responsible for loss, corruption, or unavailability of uploaded files. Media may be deleted at any time.

No Warranty

This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Availability, reliability, and data integrity are not guaranteed. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The administrator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use or inability to use this service.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
